Getting a head start in my bakery's holiday menu with this adorable mini Christmas trees and wreaths cake! It's red velvet with cream cheese filling.

Christmas cake #1 - I made a vanilla and peppermint gelatin cake with deer, pine trees, and layers of snow, on top of a vanilla cream mousse.

This was a series of accidents that resulted in one of my favorite cakes yet. The edible large smores on top is so cute!

Saw Alton Brown's #beyondtheeats tour in Louisville last night - the VIP package was amazing and so was the show! A little devastated that it's the last big tour but we loved each live show we were lucky enough to see!

I've had a hobby going for the last few months that I've been loving - I'm a reborn artist! I make these therapy babies in honor of my grandmother with Alzheimer's, and continuing helping those through baby loss, infertility, and miscarriage. <3
