Jet Tila I need to use Hoisin Sauce for a recipe, but it's so high in carbs. I can find recipes for low-carb versions, but I don't know what's best. Most say peanut or almond butter, one says tahini, most call for sugar alternatives but one says sugar-free maple syrup. Help plz?!

Hoisin has a soy and slightly nutty taste. Maybe soy with sugar free pancake syrup could be close.
