After a brief hiatus, our Jester King Hazy IPA is back in stock. We incorporated some HBC 1019 Cryo on top of the Citra, Mosaic Cryo base to create a bright, punchy peach / nectarine character. We also added some Simcoe HyperBoost™ to amp up the stonefruit character as well.

Early this month, we received fresh Strata hops picked right off the vine in Oregon and sent overnight to Jester King!  We brewed a pale wort, lautered it over fresh hops, then sent the wort to our coolship to steep with 120 pounds of fresh hops.
