Gorgeous glass gaming pieces from Iron Age Britain! 🤩 This unique set of 24 coloured glass domes with flattened base and spiral decoration, was perhaps used for a game similar to ludo some 2,000 years ago. Found in 1965, when gas works disturbed a richly-furnished cremation

From Oldham -> Shoreditch -> Stalybridge -> Birkenhead, my Great-Grandad (1878-1940) moved a lot. Losing his Mum at a young age, he fought and laboured to survive. Find out more about his fascinating life through my ever-growing genealogical research here: wikitree.com/wiki/Munt-459

This is so true! It's well established that many different variations of gender existed in the near & distant past, across the world... To define past genders by bones really is showing a massive amount of ignorance of the wide spectrum of evidence. That's why we don't do it!
