I started using Xcodes to install Xcode, but I also use AppCleaner to uninstall apps. When I try to use it on versions downloaded via Xcodes, it tells me I don't have permission to delete a bunch of files. Anyone have any insights or advice?

I want an app to log occasional, random but important things that I can easily look up records of and set reminders to do again. Ex. My/my dogs vaccinations, cleaning the fridge. Know of an app for this specifically?
