I like Cavill generally, but Highlander, a fav film, is a wildly camp flamboyant queer metaphor & I don't know if Cavill has that energy. He's a better fit as the straight man, literally & metaphorically. Did you see Connery's outfit/Clancy Brown's performance in the original?
