It should be simple: people who cheer on violence in the UK can't enrich themselves with British taxpayers’ money. That means @ElonMusk – no government contracts for you, no energy supply license for you.

I’d like to think papers like the Telegraph don’t contact anonymous Twitter accounts like this as primary sources for comment of the ‘locals/commentators say’ variety. On the National Trust or any other issue. I hope they have better reasons.

Here is the Sun's pitifully small apology for its lie about benefits tourism - a lie that was accepted as truth by millions and helped deliver Brexit. These lies are perverting our democracy. At a minimum, apologies should be published in the same location and size as the lie.

You know what stops all this… Sure Start, youth services, clubs, fun, sports, hope, trips, learning a trade, neighbourhood policing, neighbourhood support teams…but we took it all away liverpoolecho.co.uk/news/liverpool…

If you spend 14yrs stripping away support for the Police, the NHS, Councils, Schools, Community Centres, Libraries, the Fire Service, Social Services etc then you get a society that's broken. Stop blaming migrants, blame the Tories, they broke Britain & we're all paying for it.

The Reform UK party's former leader in Wales - Nathan Gill - has pleaded guilty to eight counts of bribery relating to pro-Russia statements he made in the European Parliament, as well as newspaper opinion pieces.

"15 years ago, Polish workers came here to find opportunity. Now Poland is growing twice as fast as we are," says Kemi Badenoch. Any ideas what may have happened in the interim?

Rupert Lowe MP Most people saw the emergency services responding to a brutal crime and awaited the facts; you saw an opportunity to stoke hatred against immigrants before those details emerged. The authorities have now identified the suspects as UK nationals, born in Britain. Shame on you.

Let's not forget, Labour didn't create the economy we have today, in just one year of governing, they inherited it from the Tories. You can't shake off 14 years of bad decisions overnight.

Next time someone asks what's the matter with this site, show them this: An account in India, amplifying a billionaire from South Africa being encouraged by an Irish passport holder, using an alias, to encourage civil unrest in the UK.

Today the National Trust launched an appeal to buy the land around the Cerne Abbas giant. Every appeal needs a graphic totaliser and I’d like to thank our fundraising team for their remarkable self-restraint over what they didn’t choose.

Your usual reminder that the UCKG is an extraordinarily shady outfit. It is not clear what the money they collect is for or where it goes. They are collecting all over London today. Avoid.

An illiterate quarry worker in 10,000 BC was able to afford this house and a car with a stay at home wife and a daughter. This is what was taken from you.
