It’s nice when UPS Help ᶠᵃⁿ #ups goes ghost on you and then magically changes your expected date to the next day. That was an emergency bank card so I could get my heart meds. I have waited since 0800, you told me at 2130 it was on the truck and would be here. Lies! Get it together!
