Today is Bell Let’s Talk day with a focus on Youth Mental Health. Jesse’s 11 year old son Nixon came in and has shared “5 Tips For Kids To Deal With Their Mental Health” 1. Talk to someone you trust when you need to.

2. Take care of yourself. Eat healthy, get exercise, play sports and go outside. 3. Hang and talk to friends you know and trust! 4. Listen to music when you need to calm down. 5. Don’t be scared to go to therapy! Speech Therapy has helped me so much with my confidence.
