This is 100% true. There’s a verrrrrrry short list of people making a frozen fry without seed oils (we’re one of them)

Calley Means Steak 'n Shake yes, unfortunately. the big manufacturers of frozen fries (almost all of them) are not set up to fry without vegetable oil. if they are buying a frozen fry (they are) and it isn't from one of maybe 2 manufacturers (it's not - we're one of them) then this is 100% true.
