Have you ever trusted in someone and they let you down, either intentionally or unintentionally? It probably both hurt and disappointed you. Well, put your trust in the Lord; He is the everlasting rock and He will never let you down!

Read this carefully. What more could you ask for? God is not only with you, but He goes ahead of you, leading the way, never abandoning you, never leaving you. Accept Him as your Lord and Savior and He is yours forever, world without end, amen!

What this world now is God’s Word read, believed and put into practice by the power of the Holy Spirit. Imagine a world where everyone lived by this one verse.

Everything that you do, do it as if you were doing it for the Lord. Pray for His guidance as you plan, pray for His help as you put your plans into action, thank Him for His Spirit that empowers you to be and do your best in His name.

When you consider how much Jesus loved us, He died a horrible death on a cross in our place so that we could be forgiven, how is it possible for us to love one another just as He loved us? It’s not! Unless you are yielded to and empowered by His Holy Spirit.

One day God will renovate and make new both heaven and earth because the old, sin scared earth will pass away and His true followers will live with Him forever. But, God’s Word is true, powerful and eternal and will stand forever!

The children of Israel had sinned greatly against God, worshiping idols instead of God, committing all kinds of evil, living with no regard of God. There was still hope for them. America , wake up, listen up, look up, do as this scripture says, there may still be hope for us!

Have you ever asked and been turned down? Have you ever searched but never found what you were searching for? Have you ever knocked but no one answered? If you are truly asking, seeking and knocking in search of God’s Kingdom He will never turn you away.

One of the great benefits of belonging to and being involved in a good church is that you cultivate friends who can pray together with and for one another. I am thankful to God for my good Christian friends, my fellow church members, my faithful prayer partners!

By the very breath of God we live, yet we do not acknowledge Him as God in our lives. We want to be our own little gods and live life on our own and we have made an absolute mess out of things. Turn to God, accept Him as your sustainer and creator and live for Him!

Moses told God that if He wasn’t going with them, they didn’t want to go either. That would be a good plan for each of us: we should long for and pray for God’s presence in everything we do and everywhere we go.

God has a plan for your life and here it is! Three things that cover your actions, your commitment to Him and how you live your daily life. Ask God today to help you act justly, love faithfulness and walk humbly with Him.

I’ve heard people say about being a born again believer, “I believe it, I just can’t live it!” That’s true of all of us who believe if we try to live for Jesus in our own power. But, God gives us His Spirit to enable us to live for Him and be His witnesses. Yield to the Spirit!

Here is the ultimate example of how radically different God’s Word is from the world’s way of living. Pick up a newspaper, watch a newscast, read news on social media and see how the way of this world is hatred of others rather than love. Choose God’s way: love one another!

What is the remedy for a troubled heart? Believe in Jesus! Believe that He died on a cross, paying the penalty for your sins so that you might be forgiven and be made right with God. Believe with all your heart! That my friends is the only cure for a troubled heart!

If you have accepted Jesus Christ as your Savior, then the desire of your heart should be to love Him more, to be more like Him, to live a life pleasing to Him and to long to be with Him forever more. If this is not your heart’s desire, pray that He would change your heart!

We were born into a natural family; mother, father, maybe brothers and sisters. When we placed faith in Jesus we were adopted into the family of God: with a host of brothers and sisters, all who have also placed faith in Jesus. What a blessing to be a part of the family of God!

A young Christian man was murdered this week leaving behind a wife and two small children. I saw so many people on social media rejoicing over this; sickening and heartbreaking. I must remember that God is on His throne and be ready to share His gospel to a lost and dying world!

Satan loves darkness; it masks/hides his evil intentions and actions. Jesus is the light of the world; He shines brightly and exposes Satan’s evil intentions and actions. Satan and his followers hate Jesus and His light and His followers. Walk in the light, the beautiful light!

When you give your life to Jesus, you are adopted into the family of God as a beloved son or daughter. Your Heavenly Father, who is the creator and sustainer of everything is able to give you everything you need to live for Him according to His will.
