A1- My "WHY" is my children. I want my children to have the best teachers. In my role as a DLTF I want to coach teachers to their potential so that ALL children will have the type of teachers that I want my own children to have.

A2- I'm looking forward to working with teachers in implementing high-yield strategies into their instruction.

A3- Flipgrid is always a great way to increase student engagement. Very excited to use Pear Deck this year as well!

A4- I love using the Flipgrid and the Continuous Feedback Loop in MS Teams to provide student feedback.

A5- Equitable access for all students can be attained by implementing the many tools available in MS Teams, such as, Immersive Reader, Translator, etc.
