The pastor of my home church, Tom Brown, was personally trained by John MacArthur at GCC before there was a Master’s Seminary. Tom’s steady preaching thru books of the Bible helped me see the wonder of who God is and the power of expositing his Word. Grateful for this heritage.

Aside from the plot structure being an idiosyncratic mess, agreed. The whole trilogy is made up of scenes of profound insight strung along haphazard plot lines. Needed 2 or 3 more drafts with a good editor.
