Is there a better example of cognitive dissonance than being disappointed in one of your favorite band's new CDs? Knowing it's probably at least two years before something else new from them (or much more in some cases), how often to keep listening hoping it'll grow on you?

Thank you, DIRECTV for lying to me about my price when I signed up. And, thank you even more, DIRECTV Help, for being no help whatsoever when I called to question my price going up. Escalated to a manager who was even less help. To them customers = $, lying to them = more $.
