I really like this idea. I wonder if we always make sure the 'relevance statement' includes the skill/disposition that they are working on as your example does.

A colleague of mine and I have been discussing how we take the complexity of professional growth and learning and help create 'easy buttons' that simplify the lift but still ensure quality learning. I think this is a great example of that!
