I get copies of my 9-year old daughter’s emails from school. She just received an update from figmadesign. Checked it out, turns out her teacher uses Figma as a collaborative creative tool. Nice! (this is in Brazil)

“Research indicates that five hours is about the maximum that most of us can concentrate hard on something ... There are periods when you can push past that, but the reality is that most of us have about that good work time in us every day.” wired.co.uk/article/workin…

Tentei mudar o endereço da minha conta Vivo no app. CEP não encontrado. Tentei mudar o plano. Não deu, “compareça a uma loja Vivo”. Peguei o meu carro, fui até a loja, tem 9 funcionários, somos 5 clientes. Pediram para eu aguardar na fila. Isso faz 15 minutos. #triplefail

“Today, even the IMF warns that inequality severely impacts long-term growth and economic stability. ‘There is a direct link between masses that are able to consume and economic growth’”. Inequality. It’s all about inequality.

Suck it, Likert! These options on my 10yo daughter’s form violate a number of survey design guidelines, but I love the attempt. Particularly revealing to me is her choice of “👍” as the neutral option. (Question reads: “Tell me how difficult this content is”)

Heat map in physical space based on real-time eye tracking using passthrough on the Quest Pro. We are very close to getting cheap eye tracking. Great case by Shopify

How much does AI boost willingness to pay? I ran a landing page study comparing: A. Control B. "...with AI technology." C. "...with blockchain technology." Using AI in sales/marketing copy boosts willingness to pay 17% Two major implications you should take away from this 👇

Very interesting research on AIs making similar moral choices to those of humans. Even reproduced the Milgram experiments. I’m curious to learn more about how they got around the models having been trained on those same, past experiments.
