.Thrifty Car Rental Your PDX operation is a joke. I’ve been waiting an hour past my reservation time for my rental car, lots of others waiting ahead of me. Staff are unhelpful. Other local locations don’t have cars either.

Truly unhelpful response from Thrifty Car Rental It’s been an hour and a half since I entered the rental car lobby. Staff are ignoring the people they told to wait.

Waited in line again to see what was going on. “Oh we didn’t call your name because we thought you were renting from Hertz” WTF Thrifty Car Rental this sucks. Finally got a car. Went up to the lot. Dozens of cars here. Scarcity was a total BS move. Never again.
