I ended up in A&E on Sunday morning and I was thinking about how I couldn't breathe due to having COPD and I was hoping to get seen, but no due to there being 1 jr doctor in the whole building and he was in pediatrics I was given oxygen and left to sort it myself and I did.

I am so sad about the state of the NHS on Sunday morning I needed an ambulance but there was a 10 hour wait so I tried to get a taxi and there were none available so a friend called me an Uber driver and it was a taxi. Wtf is going on??
