Two weeks ago women in RIEL attended a workshop lead by Marcia Devlin AM, PhD on ways to advance their career, based on her book 'Beating the Odds: A practical guide to navigating sexism in Australian universities'. This workshop was needed, due to the bias women face in academia. (1/6)-
