Fascinating subject. About to start teaching a module on transitions with our third year students on UoD Early Childhood Studies. Headline message of the module...transitions are a continuous process for all involved...not just an event!!

Excellent Transitions session this evening with Stage 3 UoD Early Childhood Studies students. We heard from Graeme Ferguson, Headteacher of the Derby City Virtual School. Lots of thought around the needs of Looked After and Preciously Looked After children in transition! 3 hours is not long enough!

What a privilege it was to listen to the culmination of such hard work from our first ever group of online students. They all did such a fabulous job 🌟 👏 👏 #ContestingChildhoodConference2021
