Deportations during COVID19 need to stop, also no deportation orders should be given to students on Sanctuary programmes around the country. There should be joint agreement between Department of Education and Youth Department of Justice, Home Affairs and Migration and support from Irish Universities Assoc.+universities of sanctuary such as University Of Limerick
On 25th November the student officer team wrote a letter to Simon Harris TD and @DonnellyStephen to highlight the concerns of and challenges faced by student nurses and midwives on clinical placement. This letter will be shared via social media over the coming days.
As a constituent of Limerick City West I am proud to have Cllr Elisa O'Donovan advocate for more representation, accountability and accessibility. I cannot understand why the mayor wants an apology. We need more action to promote equality within local government.
