Just did an amazing cold plunge in the pool of this brook near my house. Cold as fuck (gasp reflex-worthy) but so refreshing after a hot day outside and sans AC (I live in a cabin these days lol. Roughin’ it.) Natural water beats plunge tub or pool every damn time.
