EE customer service asst was horrible and to make matters worse they guaranteed that we would upgrade at £30 per month for a 36 month contract and now to be informed that upgrade has been pulled. Is that how EE deals with long standing customers. Outrageous behaviour!!! EE #ee

Once again British Gas disappoint and have not turned up. Was promised that an engineer would arrive between 8 til 1 pm (boiler gushing water) this am and no one turned up !!
