EE customer service asst was horrible and to make matters worse they guaranteed that we would upgrade at £30 per month for a 36 month contract and now to be informed that upgrade has been pulled. Is that how EE deals with long standing customers. Outrageous behaviour!!! EE

Once again British Gas disappoint and have not turned up. Was promised that an engineer would arrive between 8 til 1 pm (boiler gushing water) this am and no one turned up !!
