Dear Benefit Cosmetics UK this policy is stigmatising, unnecessary and without basis in science or properly informed risk analysis. Restricting services for NHS workers is wrong I will not be buying any Benefit cosmetics until this error is corrected Thanks 1 of 1.3 million NHS staff

18 hours awake = same cognitive function as being x2 over UK alcohol limit Taking a short nap of just a few minutes is encouraged by many organisations as can make a big difference to performance - lots published on it Needs to be actively promoted & embraced by healthcare

“Cower”? You have not looked into patients’ eyes as this horrible disease claims their lives. How dare you sneer at people for trying to keep themselves & their families safe in a pandemic??? You’re the actual health secretary.

Found a hedgehog drinking fresh water in the early evening Maybe it knows even small losses of body water can reduce analysis & decision making As humans we sometimes forget! So always emphasise importance of regular hydration in our HF (human or hedgehog factors) teaching!
