Play that alcohol advertisement forward. We’re only sold the first hour… never the intoxication, how that person got home, what they texted and don’t remember, or the morning after.

Sober reminder to pack a cooler of non-alcoholic drinks for your holiday gathering. You can’t expect the host to supply those options for you.

I used to hide alcohol in my purse when I would go out. I now find myself smuggling in non-alcoholic drinks where only water or soda is served 🍹

What do you GET to do this Saturday morning because you didn’t drink last night? ☀️ "I get to _________ ( what you did)"

Be aware of the beer commercials during the superbowl portraying alcohol as cool and fun. Play the tape forward. They only show the first hour, not the entire evening or the hangovers the next day. Stay sober and don’t give in to the brainwashing 🏈

There’s a reason your windshield is bigger than your rearview mirror. Where you are headed is much more important than what you’ve left behind.

Being sober isn’t just about being able to workout, better sleep, etc. It’s in the little, yet big, things… Remembering to be the tooth fairy, driving someone if they get hurt/sick, going to bed with brushed teeth… those things seem small but are equally as important.
