Gibt es eigentlich einen schlechteren Kundenservice als den der Deutsche Bahn Personenverkehr? Seit 4 Wochen keine Antwort auf die Kündigung des Deutschlandtickets, d.h. weiterzahlen da nur als Abo verfügbar. Geld wird trotz Lastschriftkündigung eingezogen. Was ist da los? Deutsche Bahn AG

Jetzt eine Inkasso-Drohung, Deutsche Bahn Personenverkehr - ernsthaft? Nach eurer rechtswidrigen Lastschriftabbuchung für ein bereits gekündigtes Ticket? Ich hätte gerne mal den Kontakt zu eurer Rechtsabteilung und Beschwerdestelle.

Hätte ich mich doch hier mal vorher über das #deutschlandticket informiert... Kündigungen scheinen von der Deutsche Bahn Personenverkehr gar nicht bearbeitet zu werden. Arbeitet da eigentlich jemand oder tun die nur so als hätten sie einen Kundenservice? Ans Telefon geht jedenfalls keiner Deutsche Bahn AG
