CYUP Misfits Invite 2025 ✅: Ran 1:23 in the 600 for a new PR and ran 2:34 in the 1K another PR. Won both my heats, placed 8th overall in the 600 and 2nd in the 1K. Solid progress, more to come!

2025 Louisville Indoor Games ✅: Successful weekend at the Indoor Louisville Games! Dropped a new PR of 1:57.44 in the 800 and ran 9:38.20 in my first-ever indoor 2-mile, placing 3rd. Finished 6th in the 800 too. Excited for the rest of the season and grateful for the progress!

Nike Indoor Nationals ✔️: Finished 2nd in the Emerging Elite 800m at Nike Indoor Nationals with a 1:55.31 PR—a 2-second improvement! Ran this out of a slower heat, but time always speaks for itself. Excited and ready for outdoor‼️‼️

Jay Tally unfortunately misses out on running in the fast heat of the 1600m, but runs a great race on his own and takes 5th with a 4:23.15

Tally comes back to take 2nd in the 800m with a time of 1:57.14!

Distance Night in Palatine ✔️800m season opener: 3rd overall with a new PR of 1:54.28! Got boxed in early but came back strong, negative splitting 57/56. Excited with the result and even more excited for the rest of the season!

Hale Distance Night ✔️: New PR of 1:52.40‼️ in the 800m, 54.91 / 57.49 splits. Progress continues. And all glory to God!! 🙌

Myrhum Invitational ✔️: 1:51.34 split (52.73 / 58.62) to help break the Myrhum 4x8 meet record in 7:53.21, Wisco #1. Came back to win the open 800 in 1:54.52 (57.84 / 56.69) with a negative split. All glory to God.

NSC Championship 🏆: Proud to walk away with a double win and a new PR in the 1600m (4:16) at our conference meet. Came back later to take the 800m in 1:57 (59.63 / 57.71), helping my team secure the overall title in tough conditions. All glory to God.

STATE BOUND 🏆🙌: Officially qualified for the WIAA state meet next weekend in Lacrosse, in both the 800m and 4x800m. Ran a PR of 1:52.02 in the open and split 1:53 on the relay. Grateful to God for the many blessings this season, and now it’s time to finish strong!

WiscoMile🍍: Won the full mile in 4:14.63. Came through 800m in 2:01–2:02 on pace. Lost focus a bit after the pacer stepped off but stayed composed to finish strong. Converts to 3:55.76 (1500m) / 4:13.15 (1600m). Looking forward to closing out the season at New Balance Nationals!
