Just finished my 3rd day of professional development with the leadership team at the Southwest West Central Service Coop. Our sessions were based on our Solution Tree book, Working with Difficult and Resistant Staff.

I'm on my way to Window Rock, AZ to work with educators from the Bureau of Indian Education the next 2 days during their Mini-conference. My topic is Holding Difficult and Professional Conversations. I'm looking forward to working with these dedicated educators.

Yesterday was the second day I worked with the educators from the BIE/Navajo in NM. It was an awesome experience!

Working with leaders in Chillicothe Ohio today on helping staff navigate change. It's been a very rewarding experience. Lots of great ideas and strategies have been shared.
