We did both deals and it was a great reposition of a corner….that had been a mecca (Lesters) for kids from all over for 50 years! Btw If u ask me StripMallGuy, it beats a take out chinese restaurant, H&R Block and laundromat any day of the week! ……..

NYC Zoning prohibits the sale of alcohol at a restaurant, within 200 feet of a church….but wine and beer is allowed, cause we all know nobody gets drunk on just wine & beer …..😳
