Some people are quick to put someoneโ€™s capacity to age well strictly down to genetics.

The last time I checked, genetics donโ€™t help you get out of bed and get to the gym, and they also donโ€™t help you maintain a sense of direction with your nutrition.

Thatโ€™s called hard work.

Iโ€™ve had some second thoughts about daylight saving time:

I think on reflection itโ€™s a really, really good thing.

The fact that it disrupts our circadian clock and potentially affects our health is okay, given that we get a bit more light to enjoy at the end of the day. ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฟ

Daylight saving time needs to be abolished ASAP.

Itโ€™s SO pointless, and it carries no benefit beyond disrupting the human bodyโ€™s natural circadian clock.

- DB bench press
- Barbell squat
- DB Romanian Deadlift
- Weighted dip

Why do so many longevity โ€˜expertsโ€™ spend so much time doing rat studies and looking at compounds to extend human life, when they can just look at human studies about the benefits of lifting weights and cardiovascular work for how well we will age?
