Well today brings a close to the 2019 PHEM Crew Course. The candidates have come from far and wide to train with us here at the Great North Air Ambulance and it has been our privilege to meet them all and be a part of their journey through their PHEM career.

Having just completed the PHEMCC crew course, I can highly recommend it to anyone starting a career in PHEM. It’s a steep learning curve and training through high fidelity simmulation including trauma, transfer & multi-agency major incident exercises is a great way to prepare.
