Popped into one of my property manager’s offices today and really enjoyed his new artwork. He said “this is the energy I’m bringing to my portfolio this summer”.

I've been finding free broken power wheels in the trash, fixing, and hopping them up with the kids. Has been a fun learning experience for all involved.

It’s the little things in life. We made a rat rod out of this old forklift and keep it around to move stuff in our industrial properties during transition phases. Lots of style points.

Before & After - 65,000 ft2 Industrial - 2 Docks - 1 Acre Outdoor Yard Just signed a 10 year NNN lease with a national tenant that does $20b in sales. Building was nasty when we bought it. #retwit

Good conversation with Chad Griffiths yesterday about all things development! We are using his book “INDUSTRIALIZE” as a training manual for our industrial team. I recommend checking it out.

Our dog died a few days ago. Super bummed about it. Soon it will be time for a new one. Looking for recommendations: - little kid friendly - we live on the water so easy coat maintenance when wet ideal - low shedding - 20 to 50 lbs range What do you think?
