GoltraFire Update: The fire is at 60% containment due to the amazing efforts of both air support and firefighters on the ground. The picture shows firefighters eating dinner as they come off the mountain, with the burn area in the background. They will all be back at it first

#GoltraFire final update: We have reached 100% containment on the fire, which burned a final total of 205 acres. Although we reached full containment, the canyon remains closed for final fire operations until approximately 5 p.m. The road will reopen very close to that timeframe.

Urgent Alert: There are reports of an active assailant in the area of Evergreen High School. If you have children who attend the school, please do not go directly to the school as it is still an active scene. We will update with a reunifiction point as soon as possible.

REUNIFICATION INFORMATION: The reunification location for Evergreen High School is Wilmot Elementary School at 5124 S Hatch Dr. Please respond to that location and not directly to Evergreen High School.
