The Jeff Army racing family have been rocked this week with the sudden passing of Welsh Jeff aka Hefin at the young age of 52. Welsh Jeff was always seen with his cowboy hat on and a smile on his face. Our thoughts go to Llinos, Dyfan and Dafydd at this time ❤️ RIP WelshJeff ❤️
