It wasn’t funny it wasn’t brilliant. It wasn’t even interesting. It was boring. This is what some of us do doesn’t sometimes times a day all day every day many times a week for months and years so what else is new? This is all this South Park thinking can come up with.

#PrimaryCare but we never do what really needs to be done. We need to drastically change the length and expensive our education and make the job and attractive logical choice because it will always be a hard job.

#PrimaryCare #MedicalTwitter well in my state I am required to pay for the interpreters and translators. Why would anyone going to primary care in this country? We speak English .lamguage matters a lot but it’s not my job to pay for the interpreter.

We don’t need any more discussion, discussion discussion, conference, committees no, we need assistance on change. May have to walk in the streets.

We don’t need any more conversations we need simple and effective computer systems, vaccines sold in unit doses ,not requiring us to do referrals for services. wecannot gate keep and I can go on enough with the talking.

Pay docs twice what they get now??? that’s obnoxious. I am a primary care doc I just want less administrative burden then I can see more patients and then I can earn more. No specialist needs to earn twice. What they earn now.

No. No, no no it is not physicians job to address this stuff. We didn’t go to medical school to find housing or food. Yes, they need to be addressed. No stop giving physicians more stuff to do.
