Some lit journals pay nothing. Today, appreciatively, I received a modest check from The University of Tulsa for this poem, which appeared in Nimrod Journal last month. Editor-in-chief Boris Dralyuk and his excellent young staff put out a first-class journal that respects the folks it publishes.
