.Jarren Advincula posted "an unusually awesome" triple slash line as a Cal Baseball true freshman, hitting .325/.404/.458. The second baseman was also one of the toughest players in the country to strike out, averaging a strikeout every 13.2 at-bats (15th-best average nationally).
Jarren Advincula (Cal Baseball/‘26 elig) will be a fun follow over the next two seasons. 70 hit tool, elite bat-to-ball skills. Led the Cape in average (.392). Mechanics are a little bit Bazzana-esque. Will be interesting to see if he can further develop in the power department.

Makoa Sniffen (makoa sniffen) from Saint Mary's Baseball drove in the first SEVEN runs last night in Bend Elks Baseball's 12-7 win over Walla Walla. Sniffen finished 3-for-4 with a double, 2 home runs, 7 RBI, 4 runs scored, and a stolen base.
