Venturing into a new project starting this year as I have now started a lifelong ambition by started law qualifications with the Chartered Instiute of Legal Executives (CILEX). This will add a new dimension to my skills as I continue my journey to improving lives.

Bit of a setback this week after I was treated for a suspected stroke, which turned out to be a mini stroke. I cannot thank the ambulance service or the medical staff at Hallamshire Hospital enough for their fast response. From illness to scan in about 1 hour.

Recovery day 6: A walk exploring my beautiful village. Football on the headset. Very tough work, but I am wasting no time fighting back Walking, meditation, great food, yoga. Determined to come back stronger

Really good to get out and about at training again. Speech a lot better and so happy I could get this filmed.

Today, we mark the 2nd anniversary of the passing of our beautiful daughter Annie, who we lost at just twenty years old. Her memory lives on and her actiions are still as powerful today as they have ever been.

The final league match ever for the Sheffield Schools Under 15 Girls on Friday saw them clinch the league title. This has been an amazing project and I will really miss working with the players.
