It's hard when these huge trials for PD/HD come up..... complicated. Kudos to the team at Roche for keeping after the data, and potentially identifying a subset of PD patients benefiting from prasinezumab treatment. Wish the first trial was the last, but that's drug deveopment.

Exciting end to the week- we were awarded funding from the Alliance for Therapies in Neuroscience program from Weill Neurohub/Roche. Excited to keep pursuing collaborative work with Cameron Glasscock in David Baker's Institute for Protein Design lab to pursue a novel DNA-focused HD strategy.
