Funny thing I noticed The first image is from the second Trailer "The Year is 2054" and the second image is from this most recent Trailer "Overview Trailer" The geniuses at Monolith literally hid the Orbs from us rather just using a different shot in the Trailer 😂

So it looks as if Affinity will increase at the same rate as in the previous Game. Boze's unlock requires Chapter 5 meaning that the Player here and likely Nielnail require Chapter 5 and considering Elma only has 2 Hearts of Affinity, seemingly increases at the same rate

This a great point to make for new players! You'll first stumble upon it around Chapter 4 and whilst it might seem like a pain at the time, it's well worth the detour 😁👍
