Regional powerlifting today. Placed 4th as a small school HWT. 500 pound squat, 320 pound bench, and a 455 pound deadlift. Only got one video and it’s of my squat. State bound!!

First track meet of the year set a new PR and a new school record of 162 feet.

Had a successful Atoka track meet broke my school in discus with a 165 foot throw placing first and a PR in shotput with a 49 foot throw placing first.

Broke my school discus record with a 170’7. Finally broke my schools shot record with a throw of 54 feet
