Average Athletes looking to get faster… NEED STRENGTH. They aren’t advantaged with highly elastic properties. They need access to more force as they are less efficient with what they currently have. Acceleration is the one arena that can be equalized.

“Speed Training” in the Sand…🛑⬇️ 1. Reduced Reactionary Ground Force 2. Slower Ground Contacts 3. Ground instability creates neural inhibition leading to less force output. No one has ever gotten faster doing ladders in the sand. All gimmicks, no results.
