I was mostly off Twitter in the month of April 1. Read more books - good 2. Less distracted - good 3. Less background anxiety - good 4. Surprised when friends told me news - fun 5. Less niche knowledge - bad 6. Less meet cool people - bad I'll still be around but probably less
