I’m in train 09343, which is already 4h 35m late, which doesn’t really make sense considering the govt has been trying to improve train journeys for the public, and yet we are stopping for 15-20 mins at every station. What’s Ministry of Railways doing then?!

Following my previous complaint, a TC came to my seat and said in a rather angry tone that “nothing can be done” — “if you want things to improve, vote a different party next time!” and the train’s still standing at a no-halt platform. Ministry of Railways please take action!!
