First I feel like giving up. Then I have a breakthrough. This has happened so much that I can't deny: Success = determination

The more we seek acceptance, the more we communicate we're not worthy of it. Worthiness is only obtained by accepting yourself.

Easy now = hard later. It's so hard to forgo comfort now for rewards later but it's the only way to succeed. Doing the hard stuff now (not "later") is 100% unavoidable if you want to achieve anything.

Business is gambling. If you're not comfortable making decisions that could lose, you'll never be successful in business. The trick is to make sure each decision has an 80% chance of success so OVERALL you win. You're going to lose often though.

If you want to be average do what everyone else is doing. Sit around thinking work sucks, and doom scroll, playing video games, and binge watch Netflix instead. That will do it.

My mum always used to tell me "don't leave for tomorrow what you can do today". I didn't get the point, but I realise now it's key to success. It's easy to slack off instead of doing high impact work, but it's the extra that gets you ahead while everyone else is messing around.

True confidence is the ultimate success weapon. But you'll never be truly confident until you belong. And you'll never belong until you feel worthy. The cruel joke is that you've always been worthy - you just believed the lies that you're not.

Lack of confidence comes from trying to be ‘someone’ because it tells your subconscious that who you are isn’t enough. Whenever I feel unconfident, I ask myself, ‘Who am I trying to be?’. That brings me back to myself, and confidence flows naturally. You're already enough.

Everyone feels like they suck when they fail. I've felt like it thousands of times (I've failed that much). The difference is some people get back up, learn from it, and go again. Others don't get back up ONLY because they let their mind win that battle.

People stay in their comfort zone to avoid the shame of failure. But failure isn’t avoidable - it’s the only way to learn. Shame on the other hand, is avoidable, and it's 100% in our minds.

The hardest work I did from meth addict to $400m CEO was the work I did on myself. Other work was mostly a distraction to avoid the real work.

If you passed away, there's a handful of people who'd care longer than a week. Yet, we neglect those, and spend all our time trying to impress the others.

Business is simple: 1. Make a profit (business model). 2. Reinvest the profit in the highest ROI initiatives to make more profit. 3. Watch the snowball. Most people never get to step one - or if they do, they waste profit on dumb stuff instead of doubling down on step two.
