tonight’s update: I cut up slices of cold pepperoni and am eating it as a snack while I make dinner. It’s really chewy. It feels like I’m chewing pepperoni bubble gum. It’s really weird but also tastes great. Give it a try sometime.

Tonight’s Update: For half my life I’ve preached that Cars is the absolute worst Pixar movie, somehow shaping my identity around it. Just watched it again with my son and I cried like a baby. Cars is so good. How could I be so wrong? I wasted so much time on hate. Never again!

finished 3 Body Problem, thought it was rad, such beautiful performances from a sci-fi thing could have suffered from cheesy writing but they leaned more real and I loved that (particular shoutouts to Jess Hong, Jovan Adepo and Alex Sharp, can’t wait to see what they do next)

Just watched a doc about this old town a little off the 40 freeway, and I just feel for them so much, they literally got erased from the map and their businesses are barely hanging on, please, if you’re ever nearby, stop by Radiator Springs.
