Grade 2’s Ms. Gill’s and Mr. Connolly’s class partnered up this week to create some unique “Outdoor Found Art.” Students expressed originality and creativity in their designs by using found sand, berries, leaves, sticks, and bark. Wilfrid Jury PS

Wilfrid Jury PS Grade 2s response to the literature read on Orange Shirt Day last week. They did an amazing job creating these beautiful Dreamcatchers using paper plates, beads and feathers.

So proud of my Grade 2’s in creating Fairy Tale castles inspired by Mary Blair. We used cardboard blocks as stamps and dipped them into black paint to create the lines, then coloured the geometric shapes using oil pastels and crayon Wilfrid Jury PS
