The Andean Condor has inspired me for the week ahead. It only flaps it’s wings for 1% of the time and can reach up to 100 km by only using the wind and air thermals. Less flapping for me this week and more relying on what lifts me up.

The Christmas Season can be emotionally challenging for many of us. On December 20th we will be sharing a comforting and supportive space, where grief is recognized and loving relationships are acknowledged.
