Working 12h days these days means I can ONLY expect one small win daily.. if ever The hope is the small wins stack up to something If you're in the same situation (or in a 9-5 job), how do you find more time for indie hacking?

Seriously when you step back and think about it... we don't totally know how we get these It's like magic, some complete stranger from the internet decides to send me some money in exchange for some bits of code i wrote

I always thought, nobody in my following cares about my Carrd project.. no point tweeting about it. But recently I'm more like, if I don't shout about my project, who will?! So here I am. More pride, less procrastination

Love these neighborhood takoyaki stands in Japan. Rare to see, delightful to buy from. Selling something small. Making a comfortable living. Local. Familiar. Friendly. I like it. Want to be like this. Then I realize I already do, but online.

Been using PHP, mySQL, VPS, plain JavaScript, and Tailwind now. And coding had never been easier. All because of AI. One-shotting something is relatively easy. I hardly ever go in circles with the LLM. Fixes seldom take more than 1-2 tries. Even lazy prompting is forgiving,

Claude Code is on fire rn, but using a search AI like Perplexity to code – underrated. Their sonar-pro is surprisingly good enough for coding, and getting all the link references in the ai output is super helpful for counterchecking
