I recently caught up with BBC Wales to reflect on the last 7 years as I prepare to leave WAST. The incredible team across Wales have delivered lots of change and improvement and whilst there is still more to do we are stronger and better now than in 2018.

Last end of the day cardio session in the on station gym at Cardiff today before I leave next month. It’s great there’s often staff using it and that we’ve been able to provide it here and some other places as we rebuild/refurbish to support the wellbeing of our people.

As someone who was a London based Magistrate for 20 years, accepting I don’t have all the facts the bench would have at sentencing, this certainly doesn’t look like an offence (noting it’s aggravated by several factors) I’d say was suitable for a fine and unpaid work order.
